VisionMax IPTV Terms of Service - Subscription Agreement

1. Service Provision

VisionMax provides digital streaming subscriptions (IPTV). Our service is compatible with various devices (Smart TVs, Android, iOS, Mag, etc.). We strive to provide 99.9% uptime; however, temporary interruptions due to maintenance or server issues may occur.

2. Non-Refundable Policy (Crucial)

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• • Due to the nature of digital content and immediate service activation, we do not offer refunds or credits once the account details have been generated and sent to you.
• • We recommend checking our channel list or contacting support if you have compatibility questions before purchasing.

3. Account Usage

• • Each subscription is for personal use only.
• • Sharing your account details with third parties or attempting to restream the content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without a refund.
• • One subscription allows for one simultaneous connection unless you have purchased a multi-room plan.

4. Content Disclaimer

VisionMax does not own or host the channels or content provided. We act as a service provider for the technical access to the streams. Channel availability may change at any time without prior notice.

5. Technical Requirements

A stable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps for HD/4K) is required. VisionMax is not responsible for buffering or service issues caused by the user's ISP (Internet Service Provider) or hardware.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a technical issue, users agree to contact our support team first for a resolution. Opening a dispute with payment processors (like PayPal or Stripe) without prior contact will lead to an automatic ban from our services.
